What did you do before you became part of the IT team? 
I was an IT systems administrator in Denver at a natural gas company.

What did you do before you became part of the IT team? 
I am currently attending college for computer information systems & business. I have also created multiple online businesses and built websites for others. I have a passion for technology and would like to continue building myself and my career through my personal businesses as well as IT work.
Deanna Padilione
What did you do before you became part of the IT team? 
During the past 11 years, Deanna previously worked for Canon City Schools as a social studies teacher. She comes to us now, from the Florence School District where she was an 8th grade social studies teacher and an instructional technology support for her school.

Infinite Campus
  • Canon City High Schools Infinite Campus Training for Teachers: On November 4th, 2019 Elizabeth Gamache will be at Canon City High School all day to give a mini training on the Instruction Module. Key areas that will be covered will be Gradebook, Message Center and Campus Community. (finish off where we left off in May 2019)

  • Hunter Dean-Moore: Fine-tuning wifi settings around the district Getting loaner Cloud Ready devices to the middle schools Still waiting on ASUS Chromebits to arrive. They are on back order. Normal beginning of the year issues
  • Elizabeth Gamache: Finalizing End of Year Report, October Count Data Prep, Training Michael Hawver on website, Work orders, catching up on everything and recovering from July - start of school madness. :)
  • Kristen Solano: I've been doing a lot of purchasing for IT equipment in schools. Approving applications for registration and household clean up.
    Working on work orders and more work orders, and more work orders. 
  • Mike Fry: A number of new classroom systems were introduced this year; I've been working out the bugs in them so staff and students have the access they need. The first couple weeks of school seem to fly by, even though they are full of long days and packed with problem-solving.
  • Shaun Kohl: Classlink configurations for student account provisioning, Security camera implementations, Board room presentation system installation
    Mobility print configurations to automatically set up printers for all Chromebooks, Bond construction planning for tech implementations, Erate filings for funding reimbursements, Development of better Chromebook management for staff devices, Training for Follett Destiny for Elementary media specialists
    Presentation on our mobile role out for the Sterling school district next week and Staying up with ongoing work order requests
  • Daniel Coppa: I am working on getting Mobile Guardian, Classlink, STEMscopes, Pearson, TCI, Schoology, and iLearn Professional Development up and running with the 1:1 Chromebook device implementation as well as providing instructional support to staff district-wide.
  • Deanna Padilione: This week I am getting to know staff better and working with staff to help them implement blended learning in their classes.
  • Chase Welchlen:  I have been working on repairing Chromebooks as well as working on other work orders as they come in.

  • Michael Hawver: I am currently working on a few new pages on the school websites and making edits along side Elizabeth. I am also working on all sorts of work orders that have come up with the new school year.
