What were we working on this week?
  • Hunter: Ces Middle School Student Damion Sillaman shadowed us for two days, Creating Windows 10 1809 image for mobile devices for imaging this summer, State testing preparation, Setting up wireless bridge for back up connection to MVCK
  • Elizabeth: Kindergarten Roundup for the website and Online Registration for Kindergarten Roundup. Work orders, Calendar stuff for Infinite Campus, Job Fair Display Graphic, MySQL Script practice. 
  • Kristen:  Updating IT policies on the IT website.  Ordering hard drives, Finding memes.
  • Mike: Expanding Pearson/EasyBridge enrollment scope, Finalizing GATE, SPED, and Transportation data reports, Documenting district provisioning mechanisms
  • Shaun: ECHO Database Development Contract with Tech Start, E-RATE Filings, State Testing Configurations and Planning, Safety Security Disbursement Grant - Security Camera Deployment Planning, Board Room Media System Implementation RFP, Staff and Student Accounts - cleanup, Backup System Troubleshooting, Network switch fiber module acquisition, Summer Project planning, Mobile deployment planning with middle school, CCHS, and McKinley media specialists, State Reporting - issues, roles & responsibilities
  • Daniel: Mobile Guardian Pilot at the HS, Tech Innovation Grant, Curriculum Reviews
  • Roger: 
  • Chase: Homebound devices, Work Orders, Preparing for Testing, Finding songs
  • Rachel: Work orders and device test prep and usual IT stuff! 
  • Christina:  I have been working on connecting devices to the network, correcting display settings, re-imaging devices, resetting iPad passwords, assisting in building Wireless bridge from Mountain View School to Harrison, and install TestNav program on student devices to prep for testing.
