Infinite Campus News and Updates:
Keep up to date on news for our district's Infinite Campus: https://it.canoncityschools.org/apps/pages/icnews

- Fees Report - There is a problem with the Fees Report printing a report if a student has a zero balance. The report shows "no student found". This is a bug, Issue: SIS-120735. It will hopefully be resolved in an upcoming release.

Schoology News and Updates:
Student Emails - Thank you to Mike Fry for setting up a script to upload student emails into Infinite Campus automatically. This will prevent login problems with Schoology. Right now, the script is set to run twice a day to capture any that students or parents change via campus portal.

What are we working on?
  • Shaun: Same items as last week...CALET Board Meeting, Student Script Programming / Automation, E-rate Filings, Continued Printer Configurations / Training, Destiny Training For Middle School Media Specialists, Wireless modifications
  • Kristen: Threatening to hurt the IT staff to turn in their timesheets and p-card receipts.  See here.
  • Elizabeth: Work orders, Data for October Count, Signs for Jeff Peterson.
  • Hunter:  Emergency laptops, copier issues. Too tough to sum up everything that I am doing
  • Daniel: Preparing for iLearn Collaborative Professional Development for all MS staff members on the 10th.
  • Chase: Stuff and things
  • Rachel: Work orders, silly wireless issues, printers being silly, a good attitude.
  • Roger: Student Chromebooks that won't turn on!
  • Christina: We are working on network issues and copier issues.

Who knows.... there might be a nice reward for ya.

Have a great weekend!
