Statement from Infinite Campus Regarding “White Screen” Issue Reported by Users

UPDATE October 24, 2018 3PM: 

The white screen issue for students and parents using Campus Student or Campus Parent on Android devices has been resolved. Users must update their app in order to restore functionality. Updates to Campus Student and Campus Parent are now available in Google Play. In some cases, users may need to uninstall the current app and reinstall the updated app.

Clean up your mail contacts

We have had several folks asking about people who are missing from district mailing lists (e.g. ALL LINCOLN, ALL PRINCIPALS, etc.) when, in fact, they are actually still in the lists. The problem comes from contacts that get saved in your email contacts list that don't update once they are there.
